Philtech Aust made Diesel Motor Collector’s item. Great condition
Selling for a friend who totally cleaned this motor. Turns over by hand.
Philtech is an Australian company ( link below if you want to contact them) and I was led to believe they were hand made around the 1990 mark or so. Serial number 92 03 030 is stamped into the mounting lugs.

Value is priceless but any collector would be over the moon to pay a pittance of $125.00 plus postage for it.
