Lanier Shrike.
Built from the plan out of real balsa and ply,
and finished using bright coloured films to assist with visibility and orientation.
Winspan : 43” (1090mm)
Length : 35” (880mm)
Wing area : 495 Sq Inch
Slightly modified from the original plan in that,
1] it has an undercarriage, so ROG rather than having to hand launch it.
2] it has operating rudders and tail wheel ( see #1 )
3] the canopy has been left off.
When it comes to flying this model, it will surprise any Sunday flyer with solid low wing sports model experience with its almost tame manners. Looks are deceiving though as the Shrike gets up and goes and easily handles all the standard Sunday flyer aerobatics. The model is sure to turn a few heads at the local field.
The model is complete with a near new OS Max 35AX motor, which hauls the model around without effort, all servos and switch.
Just add your TX, RX and RX battery, fuel up and fly.
All in excellent condition.
